Return and Refund Policy
 
Thank you for shopping with OBO Bettermann
 
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase we are here to help.
 
            1.1.         Returns.  you can return unopened items in the original packaging within 30 days of your purchase with proof or purchase. if 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we wILL not offer you a refund or exchange.   Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price via check or a credit to your account. To follow up on the status of a return contact us at sales@obous.com Return are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
 
            2.2.         Exchanges.  We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged. In circumstances where you consider a product to be defective, you should promptly contact us at sales@obous.com. If an item was damaged in transit we will replace the item free of charge provided the carrier was selected by OBO Bettermann and you can provide documentation of the damaged parts. Documentation constitutes either photograph of the shipment as it arrived with the damaged material and/or a copy of the delivery receipt clearly marked damaged. Send all damaged claims to sales#obous.com.
Upon receipt of the documentation we will determine if the damage constitutes replacement and promptly provide you a replacement product. OBO incurs all shipping cost related to the exchange of damaged goods.
 
            3.3.         Shipping.  To return items you purchased, please mail them to:

Please provide the RMA paperwork or indicate the RMA number on the package. An RMA number can be obtained by emailing sales@obous.com and requesting a return or exchange.
Customer is responsible for cost of return shipping.
